Here are answers to some things pet parents often ask us.
It depends on your dog's size, coat type, and the services needed. A full groom typically takes 2-3 hours. We never rush - your pup gets all the time they need.
Most dogs benefit from professional grooming every 4-8 weeks, depending on their breed and coat type. We can recommend a schedule that works for your specific pup.
That's totally okay! Our calm, cage-free environment helps anxious dogs relax - no kennels or crates, ever. We take things slow, offer lots of breaks, and never force anything. Many nervous dogs become much more comfortable after a few visits.
We specialize in dogs only. This allows us to create the best possible environment for our canine clients.
We find that dogs often behave better and are calmer when their owners aren't present. But if your dog has severe separation anxiety, we can discuss options.
We ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. This allows us to offer the spot to another pup who might be waiting.
